how it works

Upon registration, you will be provided with your reading material.

On Friday, January 21, we will meet virtually with our in person groups in Costa Rice and Canada to begin our group module study.  Once all modules are reviewed, you will begin to teach your classes.

Graduation requirements, successfully teach 2 nidra scripts, and one restorative yoga class.

Upon completion, your 20 Hour Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga certificate will be awarded.

this program is for

Teachers whom already have their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate.

This program can be used as continuing education credits for those who already have their 200 Hour Yoga Certificate through the International Yoga Alliance.
