Anytime during your 200- or 500-hour training, you have the opportunity to step out of the virtual and into the real-right here in Playa Negra.
Train from paradise whenever it calls you. Join your live Zoom sessions directly from the studio, feel the energy of the space, and immerse yourself in the experience beyond the screen. While you’re here, you’re also welcome to attend any drop-in classes-fully included in your tuition.

Location
Our Costa Rica Yoga Teacher Trainings are held in Playa Negra, Los Pargos, Guanacaste Costa Rica at Playa Negra Yoga Studio. The beach is magical, the town is quaint, the waves are beautiful and the sand is warm!
The airport you want to fly to is Liberia International, Airport Code: LIR. Playa Negra is approximately a 90 minute drive. We will help to arrange your ground transportation once your flights and accommodations are booked.

Playa Negra Yoga Studio is located in the middle of the town, only a 7 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by the town's best restaurants.
Playa Negra Yoga is a community based yoga studio, that supports local business. CLICK HERE to view the community map that displays the closest accommodation options to the studio.
The studio is beautiful, boasting everything you need for your practice (blocks, mats, straps, blankets), AC, a stereo system, and an onsite bathroom.
