PRANA POWER YOGA
Ignite your inner fire and deepen your mind-body connection with this dynamic, all-levels flow. Expect a grounding presencing practice, an energizing warm-up, and a balance of strength-building and deep stretching—set to an upbeat playlist. Each class is intentionally themed around organ anatomy and emotional intelligence from the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

YIN YOGA
A deeply restorative, meditative experience designed to release long-held tension and stagnant energy from the body’s deep connective tissues. Postures are held for 2 to 10 minutes, allowing you to drop into stillness. Grounded in Meridian Theory, 5 Element Philosophy, and emotional awareness, this practice supports healing and introspection.

GENTLE YOGA (Gentle Hatha)
A slow, soothing practice that invites you to stretch, release, and reconnect. Gentle Yoga is designed to calm the nervous system and provide space for mindfulness, making it perfect for all levels and those seeking inner peace.

HATHA YOGA
The perfect balance of effort and ease. This moderate-paced practice includes a mindful warm-up, followed by strengthening and stretching postures that cultivate physical resilience and mental clarity.

AYURVEDA YOGA
Blending the wisdom of Ayurveda with asana, these classes (offered in Hatha, Gentle, or Vinyasa styles) are tailored to align with your unique dosha and seasonal rhythms. Learn to harmonize body, mind, and energy through breath, movement, and lifestyle insight.

In our 200-Hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training, students are immersed in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Gentle Yoga, building a strong, balanced teaching foundation.

At Virtual Prana, yoga is a lifestyle and a path of holistic transformation. Founded by Hali Love, a devoted student and teacher of yoga since 1995, our programs integrate the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of yoga, rooted in ancient traditions and informed by modern personal development tools.

With over 40,000 hours of facilitation experience and 20,000+ hours of formal training registered through the International Yoga Alliance, Hali brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge. She began her studies in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 2007 and continues to explore both systems alongside her ongoing study of yoga philosophy and psychology.
